REGISTRATION PERFORMERS:

• Application Deadline (including Application Fees): April 30th, 2024

• Accepted Applicant Results: May 15th, 2024

• Deadline for Registration fee payment: June 1st, 2024

 

1. To finalize your application, please pay the $100 application fee (nonrefundable) via Wise or Bank transfer. The applicant is responsible for any associated bank fees. The deadline for completing your application is April 30th, 2024. Your application will not be considered complete until the $100 application fee has been paid.

2. Upon acceptance by the Organizing Committee, you will receive an email notification by May 15th, 2024. To confirm your participation, a registration fee of $1390 must be paid by June 1st, 2024. You can make this payment via Wise or Bank transfer. Similar to the application fee, any bank fees incurred are the responsibility of the applicant.

3. Please ensure that the nonrefundable $1390 registration fee is paid by the registration deadline of June 1st, 2024. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete registration.
